| Ken Dychtwald PhD |
| Over the past 30 years, Ken Dychtwald, Ph.D. has emerged as the nation's
foremost visionary and original thinker regarding the lifestyle, marketing and
workforce implications of the "age wave." By the early 1980s, it became obvious
to Dr. Dychtwald that the aging of the Baby Boom generation - combined with
increasing longevity and declining fertility - were triggering a demographic
shift of enormous magnitude. With the ensuing "age wave," Dr. Dychtwald
identified the potential for a myriad of social, economic and political crises
in addition to opportunities. In response, Dr. Dychtwald and his wife Maddy
founded Age Wave, a firm that now guides Fortune 500 companies and government
groups in product and service development for "Boomers" and mature adults. |
